Villa Maria is located on the eastern coast of Istria, in the small village of Ripenda Verbanci. The crystal-clear sea in Rabac can be reached in just 10 minutes of an easy drive. The picturesque old town of Labin is only 3 km away. It is a city of artists, good restaurants, small shops, and is therefore very attractive and convenient for summer evening strolling around or peaceful and worriless enjoying in restaurants with an exceptional gastronomic offer or in cafes on the square of the old town. A beautiful view from the top of the old town stretches on the entire bay and nearby islands. You will remain equally speechless looking at Rabac - a tourist resort with beautiful beaches for every taste, for families, for children, for adults ... But Rabac is not the only place where you can go for a swim. Not far away other smaller towns on the sea with beautiful beaches are waiting to be discovered like St. Marina, Ravni, Prklog and other hidden gems that are located up to a maximum of 20 minutes of a normal drive. Rabac is the closest place and you should discover why it was called the "Pearl of The Kvarner Bay".

Villa Maria is a detached house close to the city, but in the rural landscape. Vineyards, olive groves and green fields are the right bait and serve as the rest for the eyes. Hospitable hosts will allow you to enjoy the fruits and vegetables from their garden - products of the Istrian ground. The garden is within easy reach of your apartment. Great hosts are looking forward to accommodate you and will make you surprised by their hospitality. At the same time you will be able to enjoy your full privacy.

The panoramic view from the house stretches up until the mount Učka - the highest mountain in Istria. Those who prefer active holidays can very easily enjoy the lovely walking paths and bike routs, not only on the mountain Učka, but also in the surrounding areas since there have been many walking and paths and bike routs in the area of Ripenda.

Children can play in the courtyard or in the swimming pool. There is a special place prepared for them only. They can be entertained making figures in the sand pit, enjoy children's' swings or simply play in the green grass. Parents can easily watch the kids from the terrace, and relax because the courtyard is fully fenced. Outdoor barbecue is available for guests and along with a few home-grown products, everything prepared will assume the divine taste of pure Mediterranean. Swimming pool (610x366x122) is available to the guests of the apartment only. So, your privacy is assured.

Mrs. Maria, the owner of the house, has just recently been awarded the prize for the best kept city environment, so the garden will take your breath away. The garden is full of beautiful flowers, particularly rich in roses of various varieties and colors.
